What is SiteWare?
SiteWare is software that is used by teams that manage multiple locations or sites to streamline their operation, inspection and maintenance workflows. SiteWare provides an intuitive and easy to use platform that unifies your tasks and teams to ensure compliance, quicker maintenance resolutions and prevent downtime. How much does SiteWare cost?
SiteWare offers simple and transparent, all-inclusive pricing at $50 per month per site for up to 10 users. If you need more users, it is just $5 per month, per site. There are no hidden fees and onboarding and training are included. We do not use complex tiered plans; every site receives the same full suite of features for one flat monthly rate that is paid annually. As you grow your portfolio, we can pro-rate new sites, so you always keep the same renewal date. You can create unlimited checklists, tasks, audit and inspection templates, and work orders.
How can I book a demo?
Booking a demo is very simple. You can visit our website at www.getsiteware.com and, in the upper right-hand corner, request and schedule a demo in under 30 seconds. A live demo is the best way to see the software in action and get answers to any specific questions regarding the tool.
How long does it take to onboard?
Once we have your property and user information, onboarding can typically be completed in a single one-hour call . If you have existing property walkthroughs or property audit templates in spreadsheets, Word, or other formats, we will load them, for you, into SiteWare at no cost to get you up and running quickly. To ensure your team becomes power users, we provide bi-weekly calls and training at no extra expense until you are comfortable and creating new templates on your own.
Is training included?
Yes, training is included at no extra cost. Our training consists of bi-weekly calls to ensure your team is fully up and running and understands every feature of the software. Most clients are operational within a week or two, and we remain available for specific questions via email or quick calls.

How often is SiteWare updated?
We are continuously refining SiteWare and adding features. As these updates are completed and go thru our extensive QA testing, we send a detailed email to all our clients highlighting the changes and/or new features and then deploy the updates. We invite customer feedback and plan our road map based on their input.
Can I manage multiple sites from one dashboard?
Yes, SiteWare is designed specifically for multi-site operations and maintenance. The main dashboard provides a high-level overview of tasks, property audits, and facility scoring across your entire organization. You can instantly filter data to view a single site, a specific custom grouping, or your entire portfolio at once.
Does SiteWare integrate with facility/property management systems?
Yes. SiteWare integrates with 6Storage, Hummingbird, Storeganise and Guesty with more coming soon! We also have the ability to use your data, from your current facility management system to upload into SiteWare for your rent roll information etc.
